ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is our main approach to healing. We insert thin needles into energetic points on the body. It is scientifically-backed energy medicine that activates the body’s innate healing capabilities to return the body to balance. Laser Acupuncture is available upon request as an effective alternative to needles.

FIRE CUPPING
Cupping assists in the body’s detox process and delivers healing blood to the point of pain for faster healing. Cupping is an effective, non-invasive way to improve circulation, remove congestion, and get rid of unwanted cellulite. It is surprisingly comforting and relaxing.

MOXIBUSTION (MOXA)
Moxa is composed of the Chinese herb Ai Ye, or mugwort and we love to use it! It is a warming herb that can come in the form or a cigar-like stick or loose leaf, and is burned over acupuncture point or areas in need of healing warmth. It has many uses, including improving blood flow, improving energy and immune strength, and for menstrual and fertility challenges.

GUA SHA
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese healing modality that uses a small smooth edge tool made of jade, quartz, or other healing stones. The stone is pushed along the skin to create redness or petechiae, which indicates that healing blood is being infused into the treated area.

DRY NEEDLING
Dry needling is an acupuncture shortcut for relieving pain and muscle tension. This technique requires a very high level of skill and needle sensitivity on the part of the practitioner to yield the most effective and painless results. A needle is inserted into trigger points and is like an on/off switch, telling the muscle to relax. Best used for knots and muscle or tendon contractions.

HERBAL MEDICINE
Chinese herbal medicine plays an integral role in healing. Herbal medicine can be used alone or in conjunction with acupuncture to speed the healing process and works as an assistant between acupuncture treatments. The possibilities with herbal medicine are endless and can be used to treat both chronic and acute conditions.

MICRONEEDLING
Microneedling (a.k.a. collagen induction therapy) substantially boosts collagen production and improves skin health to fill in wrinkles, heal scars and acne, and provide smooth, younger-looking skin. This method is an amazing way to maintain healthy skin without the use of chemicals or injectables to give you a naturally healthy appearance. Used with our light therapy, the results are phenomenal.

MEI ZEN COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE
A.k.a. the “acupuncture facelift”! Mei Zen cosmetic acupuncture is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory and literally translates to “beautiful person”. Mei Zen uses tiny needles as a minimally invasive technique with no downtime and rebuilds the elastin and collagen matrix of the skin. Needles are also used on the rest of the body to bring everything into balance so you glow from the inside out.

LIGHT THERAPY
We use a 7 chakra gemstone mat with infrared, red light photon, and PEMF technology during every treatment to boost treatment results by energizing the cells to repair the entire body.

Our professional 7 color light therapy lamp can be used as an add on or standalone treatment. Each wavelength and color combination radiate healing light for a range of skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, erythema, wound healing, and can provide additional benefits for anti-aging, pain relief, and even increase metabolism.
